Customer help site provides how-to’s, training tools, videos
MCHENRY, IL — Follett’s newly unveiled Resource Center is a convenient, one-stop online home for customers to learn everything they need to know about using their Follett products, help promote their use, easily find answers to their questions, and discover the wide array of content available.
The new website – http://resources.follettlearning.com – provides how-to’s, training tools and videos to guide users to derive the most out of the Follett products they have, such as the company’s market-leading Follett Destiny® Library Manager and the company’s digital resources, such as Follett Destiny Discover®, Lightbox™, WebPath Express™ and Follett eBooks.
“Our new Resource Center not only gives our customers one place to go for all of their questions and needs, but also helps to raise awareness about our latest products and updates, such as Destiny 14.5,” said Nader Qaimari, President, Follett School Solutions. “Plus, our Resource Center features promotional materials and helps further engage teachers by alerting them to all that’s available with our eBooks and digital content.”
Qaimari added the Resource Center’s “Discover Content” section will help educators stay abreast of trending titles and themed collections, exclusive insight with “behind-the-book interviews” from favorite authors, and Top 10 lists of what K-12 students are reading.
